Ironton City Schools is now enrolling students for the 2024-2025 academic year. Your
child must turn five years old on or before August 1, 2024 to enroll.

Kindergarten Registration Forms
The following items are required for registration:
● Official Birth Certificate
● Immunization Records (refer to this link for specific shot requirements)
● Social Security Number
● Physical (within one year)
● Proof of Residence (2 current utility statements)
● Parent/Guardian ID (Driver License or State Issued ID)
● Custody/Guardianship Documents (if applicable)
